Your teacher tells you about a Culinary Explorers program at Jefferson State Culinary Hospitality Institute. You think what a great idea to learn more before leaving high school! You will not only learn more about cooking and some life/career skills, but you will also learn about customer service, team building, networking, and soft skills.
