Jefferson State is switching from Blackboard to Canvas for 2024 fall semester courses. Please review the following!

• Fall semester students will use the myJSCC link on the JSCC homepage and their rapid identity account credentials to access Canvas. Any fall semester student who has not claimed their A#@alabama.edu rapid identity account should do so immediately.
• To claim your account, search for an email from noreply@rapididentity.com in the personal e-mail address you have on file in Banner. Please follow the instructions in the e-mail to claim your A#@alabama.edu account. If you need any help or have any questions please contact the helpdesk at helpdesk@jeffersonstate.edu or by calling (205) 856-6088. The noreply@rapididentity.com address is NOT spam or phishing, it is ACCS contacting you with instructions.

The Learning Success Center (LSC) is designed to promote access to computer technology, online resources and instructional programs to both college students and community residents in support of achievement of their academic career or life goals.   From students needing to improve study habits, to individuals identifying learning strengths and weaknesses, to striving to create a sensitive environment that is conducive to learning by providing multifaceted academic, and professional support to students,   staff, and faculty of Jefferson State Community College. Computer-assisted instruction, tutorial sessions and seminars are just a few of the tools used for educational development. Individual programs can be designed to address academic concerns for a unique learning experience.
