Introduction to the Libraries

LibWizard is the library technology app used to create forms, quizzes, surveys, and tutorials.

• The link in the "Request Services" is an interactive form whereby users can request custom content.  The form automatically emails to recipients [as few or many as you like] and all data is saved by the software and can be exported as spreadsheets, charts, graphs, etc.
• The quiz wizard allows for the creation of self-graded quizzes with printable "Certificates of Completion" provided.  These can be used to quiz for content not necessarily covered in a course but important to the course:
  • Bloodborne Pathogens
  • HIPAA
  • Professionalism
  • Plagiarism
  • And so on
• The survey wizard creates surveys of any length and can be embedded anywhere.  All data can be exported immediately.
• The tutorial wizard builds online, interactive tutorials.  These can be designed to support any function.  "Certificates of Completion" are also provided.
